Where do you ship to, and what are your shipping rates?
We currently ship worldwide for free.
However, we do not ship our straw and bamboo products to Mexico (e.g. Barley Bucket Hats, Rattan Woven Bags). Don't fret though - our cotton-made hats and bags and all our accessories are still available for our customers in Mexico.
How do I ensure I order the right size of bucket hat?
We recommend that you measure your head before purchasing to ensure you order the correct sized hat. Everyone has a differently-shaped head and our hats have adjustable strings on the inside to accommodate for this.
What if my bucket hat doesn't fit?
If your bucket hat doesn’t quite fit the way you would like it to, please do not hesitate to contact us. We urge customers to pay close attention to the measurements on each individual product page before placing their orders. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
I am missing some products from my order, how is this possible?
Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items from your order are missing, you will usually receive these after 4-5 days.
Our products are designed in Europe and manufactured in China. That said, we are constantly open to working with partners around the world who uphold our quality standards.
How are you able to offer free shipping?
Our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier which take 1-3 processing days. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs. In 99% of the cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.
How do I track my order?
Please check your order status on our live tracking page. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us via our contact page, Instagram or Facebook. Any carrier-related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for those.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location.
Due to COVID restrictions, shipping may take longer than you are used to. In fact we've seen customs delays in Australia & New Zealand recently. So if you haven't received your product yet, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Do I have to pay tax?
Sales Tax (or VAT) is only charged on items shipped to the EU. In countries where Cabana & Straw has an obligation to collect, you'll see sales tax applied to your order, which will be correct for the delivery address that you've selected.
You don't need to pay sales tax on gift vouchers.
Can I cancel my order after I've paid?
Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancelation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product. After receiving the product, we will refund your money within 14 days.
I gave the wrong address, what happens now?
If you see you put in the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible! It is possible to change your address as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. After your order is shipped we cannot change your address anymore. Make sure that you check your address before making your order!
