Returns

We hope you love your new Cabana and Straw purchases! If you are not happy with any of the items, we offer 14-day returns from the delivery date for your purchases. Any returns made after this time will not be eligible unless delayed due to postage & handling. 

As we do not offer refunds, we request that you be mindful when choosing your new item.

Cabana & Straw is happy to offer a credit note or exchange for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.

Returning is simple and works as follows:
  1. Request a return form through our contact form, download, print, and fill in the Returns & Revocation Form.
  2. Send your package and the completed Form to our UK returns address, and keep the shipping receipt. The return shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
  3. You must email us the track & trace code and the courier information so we can monitor the return on our end.
  4. Within five working days of receiving your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and update on the next step.
All full-price items are eligible for return for an online store credit or exchange only, including items purchased using a 10% welcome discount code. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind on sale items.

AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

After receiving the returned item, we will assess whether it is still in good condition and whether it is complete. 

If the item is in good condition, within 14 days of receiving your item we will issue the store credit in the form of a discount code that expires within 2 months from the date of issue.

If the item is unsellable due to wear or damage, we will charge you for this. The cost will be equal to the higher of the purchase price of the item, or the expense incurred to repair the item. In any case, we will contact you before proceeding.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • The item(s) have been worn out or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • Beyond the return time frame

DAMAGED ITEMS

Different issues can occur during the shipping process. If you received a damaged item, you must report it to us on the same day you received it to receive a free replacement.

You should contact us with a photo of the damaged item along with packaging if the box is damaged and its shipping label. We are unable to accept the claim after 7 days from the date of the delivery. The same applies to any issue or missing item from the order. 

CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Since orders are passed onto our warehouse quickly, we cannot guarantee order cancelations or changes after the order has been placed as the warehouse staff normally process it within the same day. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us asap and we’ll do our best.
